By accessing our website, submitting an enrollment form, or participating in any AI24 Academy course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not enroll in our courses or use our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in our courses. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are enrolling on behalf of an organization or company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3.1 Enrollment Process

To enroll in our courses, you must submit a completed enrollment form with accurate and complete information. Your enrollment is subject to acceptance by AI24 Academy.

3.2 Enrollment Confirmation

Once your enrollment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email or phone. This confirmation will include course details, schedules, and payment information.

3.3 Enrollment Fees

There are no registration or enrollment fees to join our courses. You are only required to pay the course fees as specified during enrollment.

4.1 Payment Methods

Students can pay course fees in the following ways:

• Full Payment: Pay the entire course fee upfront at the time of enrollment
• Installments: Pay in installments only if explicitly allowed and approved by our counselors. Installment options are at the sole discretion of AI24 Academy.

4.2 Payment Due Dates

If you are paying in installments, you must adhere to the payment schedule provided by our counselors. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access to course materials or removal from the course.

4.3 Late Payments

Late or missed payments may result in penalties, suspension of course access, or cancellation of your enrollment. AI24 Academy reserves the right to take appropriate action for non-payment.

6.1 Attendance Requirements

There is no minimum attendance requirement for course completion. However, we strongly encourage all students to attend each and every class to gain maximum benefit from the training.

6.2 Missed Classes

If you miss classes due to a genuine reason, you may contact our counselors or support team for assistance. We may offer makeup sessions at our discretion, but we do not guarantee or promise makeup sessions.

6.3 Class Recordings

We do not provide class recordings. Students are expected to attend live classes and take notes as needed.

Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a certificate of completion from AI24 Academy.

There are no specific requirements for receiving the certificate, such as minimum attendance or exam scores. However, you must have completed the course and fulfilled all payment obligations to receive your certificate.

8.1 Provision of Course Materials

AI24 Academy provides course materials including study guides, presentations, resources, and other educational content to enrolled students.

8.2 Prohibited Use of Course Materials

8.3 Ownership of Student Work

Students retain ownership of projects, assignments, and work created during the course. However, by enrolling, you grant AI24 Academy the right to:

• Use your projects and work for marketing, promotional, or sales purposes
• Showcase your work in portfolios, case studies, or testimonials
• Sell or license your work to clients without your involvement or additional compensation

If you do not wish for your work to be used in this manner, you must notify AI24 Academy in writing before creating the work.

8.4 Intellectual Property Rights

All course content, materials, logos, trademarks, and website content are the exclusive property of AI24 Academy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9.1 Right to Cancel or Reschedule

AI24 Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes or batches at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or any other reason deemed necessary.

9.2 Notice Period

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, AI24 Academy will provide at least 1 day's notice to enrolled students via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

9.3 Rescheduling of Cancelled Batches

If a batch is cancelled, AI24 Academy will reschedule the batch to a new date and time. Enrolled students will be notified of the new schedule and will be accommodated in the rescheduled batch.

Students who cannot attend the rescheduled batch may contact our support team to discuss alternative arrangements. However, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times during classes and while on AI24 Academy premises.

10.1 Expected Behavior

• Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect and courtesy
• Participate actively and constructively in class activities
• Arrive on time and be prepared for each class session
• Use electronic devices appropriately during class
• Maintain a professional learning environment

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind
• Disruptive or disrespectful behavior during classes
• Use of offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language
• Cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty
• Recording classes without explicit permission
• Engaging in illegal activities on academy premises

10.4 Consequences of Violations

Violation of student conduct rules will result in strict legal action, which may include:

• Immediate suspension or expulsion from the course
• Legal proceedings for property damage or misconduct
• No refund of course fees
• Ban from future enrollment in AI24 Academy courses

11.1 No Guarantee of Results

11.2 Course Content

AI24 Academy strives to provide accurate, up-to-date, and high-quality course content. However, we do not warrant that course materials are error-free, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.

11.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI24 Academy, its instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your enrollment, participation in courses, or use of our services.

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your enrollment in AI24 Academy courses shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

12.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be handled through appropriate legal channels.

AI24 Academy reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued enrollment, participation in courses, or use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
